Sports Facilities Fee Revenue Bonds
(RFK Campus Infrastructure Project), Series 2026

The District of Columbia (the “District”) is evaluating the potential issuance of its Sports Facilities Fee Revenue Bonds (RFK Campus Infrastructure Project), Series 2026 (the “Series 2026 Bonds”) through a negotiated sale through a syndicate led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Loop Capital Markets. The District expects to release the Preliminary Official Statement for the Series 2026 Bonds the week of November 2, 2026*

The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to price the week of November 16, 2026*
and close the week of December 7, 2026*
